Preorder Timeline: December 10th, 2022 ~ January 15th, 2022 (later extended)
Chocolate and cookie themes are some of my favorite aesthetics and color palettes in lolita! I was inspired by teddy grahams and wanted to create a collection based around them. This is the third print collection I have ever released, and it's funny but they've all been about sweets so far... I guess that's why it's called sweet lolita, right?

Looking back, this was a very big collection! Consisting of:

This series was a lot of blood sweat and tears, just due to the sheer amount of items in it and juggling the production times with different manufacturers. The accessories were released at a later time after the clothing preorder because I was unable to get everything lined up to be released at the same time. We ended up not receiving enough pink socks orders, so we only produced the ivory and mint. The gift box headdress and parfait necklace were handmade by me, and I'm really happy with the way they turned out! I tried to make it look exactly like the ones I drew inside the print.
It was really hard sourcing all the different materials! I scoured the internet for brown polka dot ribbon, and was lucky enough to find it in not one but all 3 colorways from a supplier in Japan. To this day, it's still really hard to find this this type of ribbon unless you order custom! I think the teddy grahams used in the headdress is actually bootleg Disney Duffy bears hahaha
This was also the first collection where I really wanted to improve the presentation of the products, so I organized my first ever photo shoot where I was the designer! We shot these in my apartment with some lights we rented and my friend's DSLR camera. Despite the limited resources, I think the photo shoot came out super cute! I couldn't have done it without everyone that was there that day. It was one of the first times I got to see someone wearing my work in person, and it felt like such a dream come true!
Overall, this collection was a lot of fun to produce and one where I challenged myself to learn a lot of new things. The community also responded very favorably, with a lot of support and many people posted their lovely coords. I am always filled with joy when I see someone wearing anything from this collection.
